hair crush: EMMA STONE'S NEW BOB

hair crush: HOW TO COPY EMMA STONE'S NEW BOB
EMMA STONE LOOKS AMAZING WITH ANY HAIR COLOUR, ACTUALLY,
ANY HAIR STYLE REALLY...
blonde, red, brunette, no fringe, a side swept fringe and {as you can see with her latest 'do}, a full fringe - she's one gal that can rock any 'do...
We're loving her latest bob and super-rich copper colour that fades to flecks of gold on the ends - just gorgeous! Loving too?

Here's how to copy her look:

Once you've made the cut, here's how to style your new do: When hair is damp {but not dripping!}, separate fringe from the rest of your hair, clipping out of place. Bangs dry super quickly, so you want to dry them first. Use a medium-sized round brush, and angle vertically to brush bangs back and forth like a windshield wiper as you blow dry. This will help add body without eighties level of lift. When your bangs are almost dry, flip the brush - holding horizontally - and wrap your bangs around the barrel. Pull up slightly and spin the brush as you blow dry, pointing the dryer down the hair shaft. It may sound a little tricky, but with a little practice it'll help keep shaggy bangs from blinding you and amp up the shine without using heavy products.

For the rest of your hair: Towel-dry and mix cream whip and curl enhancer in palms. Work through hair, roots to ends. Blowdry hair in hands, tossing around to encourage texture and volume. Scrunch and twist hair in fingers and blowdry the twists up and down for a more defined, wavy texture.

if your fringe look greasy before you need a full-on shampoo session, wash your fringe in the sink and style them the same way. Easy!

  1. Hey Nikki, thanks for the post and the instructions ;) I looooove the classic BOB look of Emma, she looks amazing.

I noticed Priceline is having a 40% off sale on hair products, so it is probably a good time to try this look and add some colour for the winter months :p

check out the sale here https://www.priceline.com.au/hair/

Also, what is your favorite variation for the BOB? do you think Curls are the way to go?
